My

I can't think of a more meaningful way to give back in life than to help another human being shine. My goal is to inspire you to start a lasting transformation and reconnect with your authentic self.

I'm here to support you in recognizing your uniqueness and uncovering your limitless potential. Together, let's bring genuine value and lost joy back into your life

My

My story is about understanding—understanding gained from moments of healing, deciphering life's challenges, and discovering deeper meaning in my experiences. It's about embracing love, acceptance, and surrender. These realizations have been my teachers and the driving force propelling me forward on my journey.

Now, let me share a few significant life milestones that have spurred me into action and accelerated my growth.

About the illness

or about our uniqueness and the moments we experience.

About the illness or about our uniqueness and the moments we experience.

My story began with the realization that I didn't live in a "normal" family. My father struggled with a severe bipolar disorder. During the 70s and 80s, this condition wasn't openly discussed, leaving me, as a child, confused about the situation. Yet, one profound realization emerged—I saw the fragility and uniqueness of our lives and the moments we encounter. This lesson has expanded my viewpoint, allowing me to see situations and people in a broader perspective, focusing on the good. I now understand that life isn't just black and white and that there are more important things in our lives.

I am changing my values and perspective!

About (a communist) education

or about the importance of goals and internal motivation

About (a communist) education or about the importance of goals and internal motivation

The second life lesson stemmed from the devaluation of individuality and how to survive in the communist education system. After completing the eighth grade, I somehow "ended up" at an "industrial school" in an all-male world that I had little in common with. Despite initially viewing this period as wasted, it taught me a crucial lesson. I made the decision that I would never again do anything that I didn't want to do and that didn't have personal meaning for me. For the first time, I began to ask myself where I was going, what I wanted and why I wanted it.

I'm changing my motivation!

About freedom and responsibility

or about inner strength and life anchors.

About freedom and responsibility or about inner strength and life anchors.

I want to travel freely, learn languages and get to know new countries, cultures and people. It's 1992, so it's not exactly easy, but if you really want something, you will find a way...  In the 90s I twice managed to travel and stay long term in the UK and USA. I gained a lot of personal freedom, but also even more responsibility. I created my own anchor and understood what it means to stand on your own. Beyond the hard work, these travels instilled in me the belief that anything is possible in life, and I can live my "American dream" right here in the Czech Republic.

I am expanding my opportunities and pushing my limits!

About wishes coming true

or about the fact that the important things are inside of us.

About wishes coming true or about the fact that the important things are inside of us.

My wishes are coming true—a wedding, a house with a garden, a dream job, a car... On the surface, it seems like I'm living the life I've always wanted, but there's a nagging feeling that something crucial is missing. I'm starting to realize that true happiness and contentment may not be found externally but within myself, and everything around is a short-term band-aid. So, what do I want? What holds a deeper meaning for me? It's time to shift my focus and expand my boundaries!

I'm changing my boundaries!

About children

or about the mirror and self-reflection.

About children or about the mirror and self-reflection.

The birth of my daughters was the greatest gift and the only thing that brought deeper meaning to it all. The purity, joy, and immediacy of my children reminded me of what I had somehow forgotten in my life. Children also serve as a beautiful mirror, reflecting ourselves and our relationships. So now, I understand that if there's something I don't like, I have to start by changing myself. I am beginning to transform my old beliefs, patterns of behavior, and create new ones!

I am changing my old beliefs!

About relationships

or about the ability to discern what we can and cannot change.

About relationships or about accepting reality

I'm discovering that there are things I can't change. For example, the attitudes, values and priorities of others. How they perceive us, what they like or dislike and how much they honor and respect us and our opinions. That's why I accept reality as it is and start from scratch. The decision to end an unhealthy relationship allowed me to start building new relationships based on love, respect, and grtatitude. I am now allowing myself to be myself and live by my own new rules.

I'm changing my realtionships!

About difficult moments

or about new opportunities.

About difficult moments or about empowerment and personal growth

I have young children and a managerial role at work. I never stop... ...the merry-go-round goes from zero to 100! I'm in a global position, leading a team of 5 on 5 continents, which means more pressure, politics and manipulation. The once collaborative teamwork is turning into a power struggle for position. Add to that an 8 year divorce that doesn't give me a chance to breathe and regenerate even at home. I'm in the grip of my commitments. This, leads me to exhaustion and a painful loss. However, this loss provides me with the opportunity to understand the trials in my life and recognize the potential for new and better experiences they can bring. I return to myself. There comes a (re)awakening of inner strength accompanied by loving acceptance and the realization that I can put myself first, ask for help or refuse it. And that it is okay to do so.

I'm changing my relationship with myself!

About (lack of) time

or about fulfillment and realization.

About (lack of) time or about fulfillment and realization.

In the second decade of the 21st century, we're struggling to keep pace with the rapid evolution of technology, the mass consumption of entertainment, and making the most of the opportunities that this new era offers. It's all about convenience. However, this convenience comes at the cost of a chronic lack of time and a disconnection from our natural selves. I've realized that I can't meet all my own or others' expectations, and I need to choose and truly start LIVING. So, I focus on activities that bring me fulfillment. I build on my human qualities, my nature, and my intuition to earn a living with joy. I step out of my shadow and act in harmony with myself. For the first time in my life, I am not afraid. Because know that I can handle whatever life brings. I follow my dreams, and have active and conscious control of my actions and emotions. I am turning my daily activities into conscious and fulfilling activities.

I am changing my priorities and protecting my resources!

About success from failure

or the life theory of relativity.

About success from failure or the life theory of relativity.

....and here’s my story in a nutshell. I’ve come to understand that everything in our lives is relative and it's up to us what emotions we choose to have, what thoughts we choose to believe, what reactions we choose to have, what attitudes we take, how we set our boundaries, where we go and who we let in. So I'm following my dreams. I control what I do and how I feel about it. I focus on what has deeper meaning for me and what is needed to maintain inner balance. I am riding a wave of pure desire and being...  ...so far, I've made these transformations: from stress to peace, from frustration to joy, from fear to freedom, from worry to courage, from dissatisfaction to fulfillment, from pain to kindness, from hard times to strength...

...and I'm moving on, and enjoying the journey immensely.

I'm changing the reality of my life!

Are you ready to transform your life lessons into new opportunities?
I want to turn my lessons into a gift

Meet simply „Me“?

I have a deep appreciation for nature and enjoy walks in the woods. Italian coffee, ice cream, and homemade food. These are among my simple pleasures. I devour little bits of knowledge from neuroscience, quantum physics, and wise, ancient teachings. Traveling and immersing myself in new places, people, and cultures brings me fulfillment. I love doing yoga with my daughter Terka on the front lawn or talking about life with my daughter Kachka. I create, I breathe, I discover, I love.

The uniqueness of each individual and the moments we are currently experiencing fascinate me. I am intrigued by the myriad interpretations and projected realities stemming from a single shared experience. Exploring the causes and consequences of events leads me to stop, understand, change, or reconcile…and above all else, leads me to new knowledge.

Under the celestial web full of stars, both you and I embark on one of the possible paths of life. Yet, we accept obstacles with humility and calmness, viewing them as tests without unnecessary and empty gestures. And pain? It's a part of this trial. So, we continue to walk, bow our heads, and whisper the eternal truth, reconciling with the acts of Alea iacta est, and we are no longer afraid. And we smile.
