Sometimes, in order to cope, we end up turning to bad habits, overeating and drinking, or mindless binge-watching, even though deep down, we know it won't make us happier.

My coaching is all about the mind, body, and personal growth. I keep it simple and down-to-earth, using what we know about how our brains and behaviors work. I'll help you see things differently, figure out what's holding you back, and focus on what really matters in your life. Together, we'll break through obstacles and work towards your life goals. The idea is to unlock your potential, bring some zest back into your life, and help you enjoy things again.

Jumping into one-on-one coaching means we need trust, commitment, and honesty. I'm here to listen, ask questions, and support you on your journey to being the best version of yourself.

On-line

This option gives us the greatest time flexibility, and we can do it all from where you’re most comfortable. Online coaching typically happens through platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, or Whatsapp. Having a camera is a plus because sometimes what's left unsaid can be crucial, and your body's reactions can tell a story. The coaching setup is the same as if we were meeting in person.

Personal

Sessions are tailored to the client's needs and preferences, ideally in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Creating a sense of inner safety tends to bring about more effective and faster results. In the beginning, a weekly session is usually best, and as we go along, we can adjust based on what works for you, usually transitioning to monthly sessions for long-term collaboration. If you need to make a quick change or are dealing with a major decision, we can set up a short-term, more intensive schedule. All the details are agreed in advance and become part of our coaching agreement.
