On-line
This option gives us the greatest time flexibility, and we can do it all from where you’re most comfortable. Online coaching typically happens through platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, or Whatsapp. Having a camera is a plus because sometimes what's left unsaid can be crucial, and your body's reactions can tell a story. The coaching setup is the same as if we were meeting in person.

Sessions are tailored to the client's needs and preferences, ideally in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Creating a sense of inner safety tends to bring about more effective and faster results. In the beginning, a weekly session is usually best, and as we go along, we can adjust based on what works for you, usually transitioning to monthly sessions for long-term collaboration. If you need to make a quick change or are dealing with a major decision, we can set up a short-term, more intensive schedule. All the details are agreed in advance and become part of our coaching agreement.
